As of now, all practices and games are canceled indefinitely.
Nutrition:
Nutrition is one of the easiest things that we can change for the better, and notice it almost immediately! This is so easy, especially for you guys with meal plans: they write the values above the food in the cafeteria! Everybody else will have to do some very simple math, I trust you can do this, seeing as most are engineers, and buy some vegetables.
1. Drink lots of water (1 liter per day is the minimum for non-athletes). If you're thirsty, or are peeing yellow, you're dehydrated. Drink more.
Congratulations on Charlie, Eoghan, Sauce and Andy all making the Michigan Select Side Team!
Ann Arbor Analyticals 23 vs. 19 Kalamazoo
The Michigan combined side of undergrads, graduate students, alumni and city folk defeated the Kalamazoo Dogs 23-19 in the spring season's home opener at Riverside Park on Saturday. The weather was perfect, the pitch in great shape, and plenty of players and fans were on hand.
For the match on Saturday, the 21st of March against the Detroit Rugby Football Club, we will be meeting at Mitchell Field at 9.30 to drive to the pitch. There will be no universities vans, so older players will have to drive. Kick-off is at noon.
