Positioning an organization to be able to leverage its data/information assets takes a well thought out and flexible infrastructure with the right mix of tools and applications, but in many cases that is the easy part. Changing the culture and engaging people in the processes to understand how to transform data into information that supports business decisions is a much more difficult endeavor.
