HR Metrics is a data set of about 200 metrics rand detailed records related to managing Human Capital. Metrics include: Headcounts/FTE - by gender, ethnicity, yrs of service, age ranges, etc.; Mobility - promotions, termintations by reason, transfers; Effectiveness; Hire Rates; etc. The ability to combine (crosstab metrics) creates maximum flexibility. For example, you can crosstab retirment elgibilty by staff designations of Mgr, Office, Professional, Skilled, Service, etc.
