Articles Discussing Strategy Mapping and Perfromance Management
[edit] University Human Resources
UHR is using Strategy Maps based on the Balanced Scorecard model which communicates and links all staff involved in the initiative. Perfomance measures and targets are included. The Balanced Scorecard model evaluates the initiative around four Perspectives: Customer, Financial, Internal Business Processes, and Employee Learning. Otherwise, in order to ensure success of the inititive, what is the impact on our Employees, i.e. what do they need to know and/or learn. What Internal Business Processes have to be created, changed, and communicated? What is the Financial Impact of this initiative? How will this look to our Customers/Stakeholders and what impact/benefit does it have for them? --Garyupti 10:02, 24 October 2008 (EDT)
