CPM is a pricing model where the advertisers are charged per 1000 impressions of an ad. It is one of the most commonly used pricing models in web advertising outside of search engines. This form of advertisement is generally used by advertisers who want to reach the broadest audience with a less emphasis on a click or a desired action of sale.
