[edit] The Civil War Diaries: A Case Study

Relying on the basic class-level features--the Text Class stylesheets and the files provided in the web directory for the sample Text Class collection--will help you to get a collection online with basic functionality. However, your collection may support additional searches and/or browses that can be provided with a few adaptations to the default stylesheets and search form templates. Additionally, the markup of your collection may require changes to the basic display of information to make it more usable. It provides some guidance on adaptations you can make to enhance collection functionality.
