Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island
Built: 1917
Decommissioned: 1997
The rear range light (top photo) is a 12 meter (35 foot) square pyramidal wood tower with square lantern, painted white, formerly with a red vertical stripe on the range line, but the stripe has been removed. The tower has been restored and moved to the Marine/Rail Historic Park just east of the Confederation Bridge near the former Port Borden ferry terminal.
The front range light (bottom photo) is a 6.5 meter (22 foot) square pyramidal wood tower with square lantern. It has not been restored. Both lights were decommissioned with the completion of the Confederation Bridge and the abandonment of the ferry.
