Panmure Island, Prince Edward Island

Built: 1853

Automated: 1986

This light is an 18.5 meter (61 foot) octagonal wood tower. It is the island's oldest wood lighthouse. It marks the south side of the entrance to Cardigan Bay from Northumberland Strait on the east side of PEI.
