Automated: 1988

This 20.8 meters (78 feet) tall octagonal concrete tower marks the entrance to Sydney Harbour from the Gulf of St. Lawrence along the northeastern coast of Cape Breton Island. It replaced the original 1832 tower, but retained the original lantern and lens.
