The article talks about how many companies should evaluate talent when hiring new employees. Companies take into account 3 questions when looking at new candidates. The first question, "Would we be willing to do a startup with you?" This means, will the employee be able to get along with everyone, able to communicate efficiently, trustable? The second question, "Can you 'knock the socks off' the company in 90 days?" It will take time for the new employee to get up to speed about current systems and processes, so does the employee asks questions in order to get up to speed, does the employee learn fast. The last questions that needs to be asked is "In four to six years, will you be doing something amazing?" This means will the employee be able to do something amazing now, or in the future with another team. Companies want employees with lots of potential, because it leads to the company and employee becoming more successful.
