I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa where I lived for 15 years. Growing up I was apart of a culture much different from most. With few opportunities available, from a young age I decided I was going to create a means for myself and not rely on a company for employment. At age 15 my Dad got offered a job in North Carolina after the company he work for in S.A. bought Miller. We transfered to a pretty small town called Greensboro where I lived for the next two years. The move to the US was a little overwhelming at first but opened up a world of opportunities for my family. After assimilating to the American culture for two years, my Dad got another offer to transfer to Milwaukee, WI. There I attended my last two years of high school before coming to Michigan. I'm now currently in my third year of the Computer Science Engineering program and Program in Entrepreneurship.
