Throughout all the technological, programming and coding articles on the Hacker News site, one article stood out to me in particular: "How to nap." http://www.boston.com/bostonglobe/ideas/naps/
I was surprised to learn that a simple sixty minute nap could "improve alertness for up to 10 hours," (useful for studying for exams!!!!) Creativity, sensory processing, motor skills, and overall health can be improved with proper REM sleep. I also appreciated their helpful tips for a perfect nap!!
