The articel gives solutions for introverted people to deal with networking. The first point is that you must embrace your introversion and use it to your advantage. By this tha author meant to focus more on one on one conversations and use each conv to the fullest.
second she talks about making pre-introductions through social media to let the person know how excited you are to meet them. third, she talks about taking breaks at networking events to re-focus/re-energize herself. I can relate to this article, in that early on in college, i used to try to be more presentable and try to be more extroverted at networking events, however, i feel that i found more success when i just stayed true to myself- then conversations came more naturally.
