Peer reviewing has always been the in-between, augmenting to a first draft all the qualities of a refined paper. This article looks at the new crowdsourcing ways of peer review online, and tackles with the uncertainty of deciding which reviews are 'good' and should be considered. It also demonstrates how most tools me use today, such as the Google PageRank application, relies on the public. The opinion of each ranker gives the submission on Google or Reddit the credibility it is seen to have. Therefore, the actual reliability of the information has to be assessed.
