I interviewed a friend of mine named Wan Naim. He was born here in Ann Arbor but moved to his native country, Malaysia. Now he is back to pursue his bachelors degree in Political Science here at U of M. Question: What types of animals are kept as pets? Answer: Mainly cats. Question: Who has pets? Girls. Question: Where are pets are kept? Answer: Around the house. Question: Are pets expensive to obtain and provide for? Answer: No, we just take stray cats and keep them. We feed them food leftovers. Question: Are pets trained to serve a specialized purpose? Answer: They help by chasing away rats.
