I was talking to someone in the airplane while on my way back from the wedding back in Atlanta, GA. And an interesting topic of unemployment came out. This is a huge deal for me cause I cannot find a job as of now and I am going to be graduating this april. It does get me nervous if i do not have a job and a plan after i graduate. However, talking to this fairly old man who seems to be traveling for business was advising me about how jobs should be coming to people naturally. he also said that the reason behind the unemployment is because the companies these days are being more picky than they should be while selecting valid candidates. Job openings are EVERYWHERE, its just the corporate fit that the companies rely on too much for the actualy hiring can go on. he said wait... and things will change. All of this is supposed to come out naturally and it really did reassure me.
