Malpeque, Prince Edward Island
Built: 1922
This still active 7.5 meter (25 foot) square pyramidal wood tower is an example of the classic peppershaker style lighthouse so common in Canada. It, and its nearly identical front partner, are located just east of the entrance to Malpeque Bay from the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
