Lyngør, Norway

Built: 1879

This 16.9 m (55 ft) tall light has a third order lens which is 21.3 m (70 ft) above sea level. It can reach 14 nautical miles out to sea. Located on one of the islands that make up the town of Lyngør, along the southeast coast, it is one of the few remaining manned light stations in Norway. There are currently two keepers that alternate days on and off.
