Catterline, Scotland, U.K.

Built: 1897

Automated: 1988

Located on the east coast of Scotland, five miles south of Stonehaven, this 59 foot tall white stone tower shines its light 135 feet above sea level. It has a nominal range of 18 nautical miles. It was designed by David Alan Stevenson and is still active today.
