Green's Point, New Brunswick

Built: 1903

Decommissioned: 1999

This 12 meters (39 feet) tall octagonal tower stands at the end of Green's Point, about 2 km south of the Letete terminus of the Deer Island ferry and guards the passage into Passamaquoddy Bay at the north end of Deer Island. It replaced the original 1879 lighthouse. No longer an active light, it is now a museum and research station run by the Green's Point Lighthouse Association.
