Presque Isle Harbor Breakwater Light in 2002 - 39th trip

Marquette, Michigan

Built: 1941

Located in Presque Isle Park north of downtown Marquette, this steel cylindrical tower atop an octagonal building sits at the end of a 2,600 foot breakwater that juts out into Lake Superior. It continues in operation today.
