Bayes' Law of probability theory is a rule which relates the probabilities of two events. Formally put,

P(A|B) = \frac{P(B | A)\, P(A)}{P(B)} ,

where P(B | A) is the conditional probability of B given A, P(A) is the probability of event A occuring, and P(B) is the probability of event B.
