OERca mockup - CO status bar

The following describes the colors of the CO status bar and how the count of COs should be completed.

At the CO level, a content object that has not yet received an action recommendation should be shown as "red". Similarly, "blue" will show that a content object has a recommended action, but is not "cleared". Once a content object is both set to "cleared" and has a final action set, it becomes "green" and is ready for the publishing phase.

This status bar will not exist if a material is newly added to the course. Instead, the status will indicate that this is a new material by marking it an indicator: "--". Once the material has been "modified" by either adding a content object, or by setting the "embedded content objects" field to "no" (the default should be "yes"), it will show the CO status bar. For materials that are set to "no embedded COs" the CO status will be green and show a 0 out of 0 marking. For materials that are set to "embedded COs" the CO status will be red and show a 0 out of 0 marking.

RED - no action recommendation has been set for the object.

BLUE - an action recommendation has been set for the object.

GREEN - an action recommendation has been set, the final action has been set, and the "cleared" field is set to "yes".
