  • Continue developing video policy
    • Create Open checklist for creators of documentaries and dramatic film
  • Continue developing student engagement strategy
    • includes regular events for students at entry, medium, and high level opportunities
  • Develop more general DIY materials:
    • Why Share?
    • How You Can Get Involved! [students, staff, faculty, administration]
    • Talking Points [for advocates and staff]
    • dScribe FAQ for faculty
  • Develop and implement Advisory Committee plan

  • Begin creatively using our current resources to produce more rich media content (pulling audio from CTools site, etc.)
  • dScribe paper

  • Repackage our message about dScribe to students and to faculty about what we are doing and what they are getting; educate about specific actions of the dScribe process.
  • Train SI students or dScribe alumni to conduct information and training workshops

    • policy aspects of open education
  • Configure dScribe roles and responsibilities (active to inactive)
  • Prepare students to give a pitch to the faculty
  • Update RAD tree
  • Engage Public Policy and Public Health (test out dScribe in a new environment)
  • Update dScribe roles and responsibilities
  • Create dScribe alum page
  • Use recomp with dScribes
  • Create FAQ for faculty
  • Online permission form is a great reference/starting point for a dScribe FAQ doc.
  • Promote dScribe as progression (see: phases)
  • Create and employ internships at SI and other schools and departments
