[edit] Preparation for the meeting
- Try to get as many of your content objects cleared (green) or at least "in process" (blue) in OERca. Review the dScribe Task List for guidance: https://open.umich.edu/wiki/index.php5/DScribe_Task_List (Main Page -> Fall 2008 dScribes -> dScribe Task List)
- Take note how much time you spend on each of these tasks using the journal template. (https://open.umich.edu/wiki/images/9/9e/DScribe_Journal_Template.xls) (Home -> Fall 2008 dScribes -> Journal). Fill in tab for the given week and email the updated spreadsheet to Garin.

- Laptop
- All of the course materials for weeks 1 - 8 uploaded and in progress or cleared status in OERca
- Journal
- Questions

- General Questions (15 min)
- Status Update (5 min)
- Collect journals for this past week
- For those without journals, ask for a rough estimate of how much time they spent this past week
- Poll: What night next week works best for a 4-hour work session? (5 min)
- Work sessions: dScribe 2s will work individually with dScribes to on clearing course materials (60 min)

- Clearing: Individual commitments for each dScribe
