Provincetown, Massachusetts

Built: 1875

Automated: 1952

This slightly tapered, square, white-washed brick tower marks the end of a sandy arm of land curving back toward Provincetown on Cape Cod. It is also known as the Provincetown Harbor Light. The tower is 38 feet tall, and is very similar in appearance to the nearby Wood End Light tower. It replaced the original light built in 1827 at this site.
