Margaree Harbour, Nova Scotia

Built: 1900

These two small peppershaker style range lights mark the way into Margaree Harbour and sit on the west side of the entrance to the Margaree River. The rear light (left in photo) is 6 meters (20 feet) tall and the front light (right in photo) is 4.5 meters (15 feet) tall. Both have the distinctive vertical orange stripe daymark so common to Canadian range lights.
