[edit] Adding a course

The faculty members working on Biological Anthropology 314: The Life and Times of the Tasmanian Pygmy Wombat are hugely excited to share the materials for their course with the world. They have a dScribe and a dScribe2 identified and are ready to get started. Before anything can be done, Penelope B. Buttonpusher has to add the course to the tool. She uses functionality within the tool to add the course to the database.

[edit] Adding users to the course

Once the course has been created, the dScribe and dScribe2 for that course have to be granted access to being the content clearance process. Ms. Buttonpusher checks to see if the dScribe and dScribe2 already exist within the tool. If not, she adds the users and assigns them the appropriate roles. Once the users are present in the tool, she associates them with the newly created course.
