  1. Can an Encounter be assigned to a group of student?
  2. How do you associated ILO's to an encounter?
    1. Are they setup a priori by the ENCORE Program administrators?
    2. Can students create their own ILO's or Outcomes?
  3. Do we support the notion of Encounter Status?
    1. If yes, what are the rules for computing status? How do we know that an Encounter is done if the faculty/academy assessment is optional?
  4. When you click on ILO's from the Encounter page, do you see the associated Outcomes?
  5. Can faculty/academy member view the student's Observation/Debrief data before filling in their own?
  6. Assessment - How do the academy/faculty members pick Assessables? We are not expecting this to be an automatic system generated workflow. They will pick the appropriate ones from a listing page.
  7. What are the attributes of Encounter? Location? Pick List? Time? Presenting Complaint?
  8. Is i-RAT a form to be built within ENCORE? If yes, we need a spec.
  9. Is i-RAT filled individually by the team members? Is this done before the event? Do they fill one out collectively after the event?
  10. What is Case Application w/Discussion?
  11. What copyright issues do we need to consider for Resources?
  12. Do items go to portfolio automatically? Or do you have "Publish" buttons? Or both? Which when?
  13. Do we have a single Portfolio? Or is it a set of portfolios? Does items flow through to the "System Portfolio"
  14. Contextual Help - in scope for pilot?
  15. Who is populating master data like Roles/Users etc.?
  16. Is search in scope? If yes, free text search? What kind of searches are we expecting to have?
  17. What kind of reports do we (faculty/student/academy/ENCORE) need?
  18. Is comparison of Observation/Debrief in scope? (Show them side-by-side)
  19. Writeup should have two buttons - Save and Publish. Publish will trigger notification to the appropriate faculty? Is this workflow in scope?

  1. Add u-CEX pdf form link to the encounter page somewhere. This will allow students to print them and bring it over before an encounter. We are not expecting students to walk in with their laptops. But they may. In any case the form is available for their convenience
  2. Resources are associated at the Encounter level and not at the Observation/Debrief/Clinical Writeup/Writeup Evaluation.
  3. Add Resources box to the Encounter page
  4. Add contact information page
  5. Add help pages (not sure if it fits in scope)
