Publication Director / dScribe2 | Review materials, suggest or make any quick edits. E.g. theme of the template, spelling and formatting issues /etc. | ||
Publication Director | Creates eduCommons account for the dScribe and dScribe2 | ||
Publication Director | Takes final edited materials from OERca / desktop, convert to .pdf | ||
Publication Director | Uploads materials to eduCommons, does HTML for course (state within eduCommons: in progress) | ||
Publication Director | Notify dScribe and dScribe2 that materials in eduCommons are ready for review | ||

Review materials in eduCommons (within two days of email from Publication Director) | ||
Publication Director | Create eduCommons account for faculty | ||
Publication Director | Email faculty to let them know course / material is near published, give them a week to review the material before moving to published stage | ||
