update “meet the team” page on site- improve DIY resources on site
- create benefits of OER section on site
blog more- create reciprocal links between schools we’ve worked with/departments that support us
- create case studies/interviews with faculty that have seen benefits to participation (quotes, links to exemplar resources, help me get started list)
- start a monthly rotating tutorial on OER creation
- start a free culture group on campus
- initiate a dScribe program at one or more schools this fall (Public Policy, others?)
- create a page describing our involvement in OCWC and link back to them
- update Open.Michigan on wikipedia

- integrate M1/M2 and all OER licensing/permissions into Drupal
get OER Africa content onto our site- update our content on OER Commons, DiscoverEd
- make the front page of our site more dynamic
continue publishing M1/M2 materials- mirror our site at CORE-China

- integrate M1/M2 and all OER licensing/permissions into Drupal
- transfer M1/M2 project management 2008-2009 google spreadsheet to drupal. create a drupal site/shell for this sheet that we can reuse for other schools/projects. site will include some CRM type functionality.
- get search widget into UM Library for OER at U-M
- create test instance of DiscoverEd
- help UCT set up the new version of OERca
get Peru situated with OERca

work with Susan K’s class to create a copyrightability guide (with merger and scenes a faire)get Peru set up with OERca and dScribe- create logistical team for supporting URC-EHS meetings and projects
begin assessment project linking O.M. goals and tasks and numbersbegin discussions around video capture, fair use, and using OER in the classroom
