- We did our second dScribe quiz - great job dScribes!
- We spent a lot of one-on-one time with dScribes to catch up to week 7 in materials.
- We demo-ed the document decomposition tool in our OERca development environment. We hope it will be ready at the next meeting.
- In our short discussion about the copyright status of federal government documents, we spoke about states, including Michigan, which assert copyright on their documents and sometimes law. For those interested in learning more:

- At the lunch meeting we discussed the fair use in OER project that we're working on with several other institutions.
- At the evening meeting we discussing creative ways to crowdsource metadata tagging and recommending actions, such as http://www.gwap.com/gwap/.
