The Computers & Writing 2011 Conference (“Writing in Motion”) at the University of Michigan encourages you and your organization to be involved. We expect 400 to 500 participants, including faculty, writing program administrators, writing center directors, and other decision-makers. We have sponsorships available, and we will offer free exhibit space for you to show off your products and services. C&W attendees are always interested in finding out about new developments in the teaching of writing and emergent software and hardware technologies to support learning.

• Opening Reception (Thursday) — $2000 (may have multiple sponsors)
• Evening Performance (Friday) –- $1000 (may have multiple sponsors)
• Keynote Speaker (Friday) —  $1500
• Keynote Speaker (Saturday) —  $1500
• Mini Reception (Saturday) –- $500
• Bowling Outing (Saturday) —  $500
• Breakfasts — $1000 to sponsor one day’s continental breakfast
• Lunches — $1000 to sponsor one day’s lunch (may have multiple sponsors)
• Individual Sessions — $100 to sponsor
• Snacks/Refreshment (mid-morning and mid-afternoon) — $500 to sponsor (per)
• T-Shirts — up to $2,500 (with exclusive advertising)

Advertising

Vendors may also volunteer to provide water bottles, tote bags, name badge lanyards, or other swag with their exclusive advertising. Your vendor exhibit (table) is complimentary. Exhibitor-only badges will be free.

For ads in the bound program, we're offering the following:

• 1/2 page ad: $75
• Full page: $125
• 2-page spread: $200

All ads should be b/w. The trim size is 6x9. Usable page size is approximately 5.5 x 8.5". Send print-ready PDFs and insertion orders by April 15, 2011, to Laura Schuyler (schuyler@umich.edu)
