[edit] ONLINE LANGUAGE

[edit] Netspeak

Netspeak refers to a new kind of language displaying singular features with a diverse array of characters as media. Netspeak has numerous varieties pertaining to particular digital media like a language of emails, texting, and chat groups. [1]

A key point to consider is how netspeak is not a replacement or remediation of old language but is indeed a new language. In addition to its independence, it is also flexible and evolving with visual representation. Providing the platform is easy to manage or learn, netspeak possesses a low transaction cost.[2]
