[edit] Bug 2. Uploading Materials-Premature - FIXED

- Issue: When I attempt to upload a single file to the Add Materials module I get a set of PHP errors. This happens when I start typing in one of the fields (author, for example) and I prematurely hit "enter". The errors then fill the page.

- Issue: I tried to delete the "Director" for SI 646 and it wouldn't save the deletion. It saves a textual change, but not a deletion.

[edit] Bug 7. Disappearing Endocrine COs - FIXED

- Issue: When we did an update to the oer.umms machine late last night, for whatever reason the COs relating to the Endocrine Sequence (and maybe all the Med School courses) were no longer showing up in the tool. It looks like they are still in the database, but the tool has lost track on how to find them.

- Issue: before reading the rest, it looks like the wrong file specifying the file size limit was brought over to oer.umms I began uploading a zip file of materials when I received a couple of PHP errors. It's worth noting that I attempted to upload this same file from home (80mb file) but canceled the upload after it took too long. I tried to replicate the error and it worked, but gave me yet another PHP error. -- I changed the filename of the zip and tried again, but received the first referenced error set. -- limits set @ 20mb/25mb (oer.umms), 50mb/50mb (bezak/oerdev)

[edit] Bug 11. Instructor/Course Information Scroll Bar - On Hold
- Current progress: This bug only shows up on Mac OSX (Leopard) when using Firefox 2.0.0.12. It does not show up in Safari, IE7, Firefox 3.0 or Windows version of Firefox 2.0.0.12. We will abandon this for now assuming that Firefox will sort this out in the future with a release of 3.0 or a future release of 2.x. Pieter 14:38, 1 April 2008 (EDT)
There are several browser, javascript, css interactions at play here making it very hard to replicate this bug. - Issue: I captured ~20 COs from a lecture and added XMP metadata to a number of them. The data I added was not complete (I might not have added an author, but I always selected CO/RCO, CO Type, ASK, and Action). When I added the zip file, only two COs came through. I get no error messages, only a confirmation that my COs were uploaded. I can upload the objects one at a time, but it won't take everything in the zip. The slide images did come through the zip file.

2. Click on remove material. It may help to add a material first (ignore the error you get)
3. Click OK on the dialog box that pops down asking "Are you sure?"
The error message is: Fatal error: Call to undefined method CI_DB_mysql_driver::row() in /var/www/oer/system/application/models/material.php on line 518

Issue: I get an error when I try to add a comment that has an apostrophe. On top of this, I get a separate error when I add a single question mark as a comment. See the screencast. - David says this relates to how PHP encodes characters - he is working on the problem. Pieter 13:54, 8 March 2008 (EST)
Issue: If I add a line break to my comment and then click “SAVE” on the comment, nothing happens - the comment remains when I come back to it, but it leaves the comment open for editing and doesn’t format it like the rest of the text in the frame. Pieter 14:01, 11 March 2008 (EDT)
