Qualtrics is restricted to university-related work. Conducting research or surveying students, club members or administrative units is acceptable.
Don't use Qualtrics on behalf of outside, for-profit organizations, or for personal use not related to the university.
Qualtrics' data storage is HIPAA and FERPA compliant; make sure you comply with IRB standards and U-M email policies.

To obtain a Qualtrics account, visit https://umich.qualtrics.com -- log in with your uniqname and UMICH password.
