The Qualtrics library contains many templates in a wide variety of topics, e.g., Customer Service, Demographics, Education, Health Care, Marketing, Technology, etc.

Your brand library contains items relevant to your own brand. Take note that if you copy your items to the brand library, all others in the brand will have access to it and may be able to edit and delete the item from the library.

To use a survey from the library, go to "Create Survey" and select the option to create a survey from a template.
